ASHLYN LOST HER FIRST TOOTH!! SHE IS SO EXCITED!!

Gymnastics

Ashlyn had her gymnastic show this week. She showed us what all she has learned this year and showed us some of her routines. She also found out that she is moving up to the competition team. She will now be in Level 3. She is very excited! She will miss Ms Dawn. She has been coaching Ashlyn in gymnastics since we first did a mom and me class when she was one. We will still get to see her at the gym though.

She will have a very busy summer. She will have gymnastics practice 3 days a week. She also tried out for the art centers production of Annie and is going to be an orphan and practice 2-3 times a week. She is a very busy little girl.

The Kids First Summer Dip

Ashlyn and Clayton have been itching to get into some water. This weekend we blew up a little pool in the yard and let them play in it and the water hose. They had lots of fun and are excited that summer will be here soon. We have this week left of school and then it is summer time! I am excited about spending all summer with Ashlyn and Clayton.

Fishing with Papa

I came to pick Ashlyn up this week after school and I found her fishing with Papa. They were pulling fish in left and right. Most of the fish were little brim but then she snagged a big fish. When the fish grabbed the line it almost took her in the pond. She fought for the fish and then I took the line while Papa and Ashlyn fished the fish out of the water with a net. We were shocked at how big the fish was when we got him in so we had to snap a few pictures. Papa also took me in the woods hunting for tadpoles :) Ashlyn sure had a lot of fun with her Papa this week!

This was suppose to be a time for me to get a really good picture of Ashlyn and Clayton. Clayton would not slow down long enough for me to shoot very many. Ashlyn on the other hand loves to be in front of the camera. She wants to be America's Next Top Model. She will throw together a pose and tell you exactly what she wants you to do. She also took time to get behind the camera and take a picture of Richard and I.

Trip to Aunt Amy's and Uncle Keith

We went to Atlanta to see little Autumn Gunter get baptised.

Here is Ashlyn with her little cousin Autumn! We had a lot of fun at Aunt Amy and Uncle Keith's house!
Clayton really took to Autumn he loved 'petting' her. I was amazed at how careful he was with her. He loved to make her laugh and smile.
